Welcome to the Yoga 4 Wellbeing web site. We run a range of daytime and evening Yoga classes in Norwich & Norfolk.

Our workshops and classes are held at primarily community-based venues in the following locations:-

Norwich:- Cringleford & City Centre.
Norfolk:- Alpington, Bergh Apton & Bramerton.

Classes

Our general vinyasa-yin flow classes are designed for beginners and for those with intermediate-level experience.  Click for timetable

We also run monthly workshops, guest teacher events and a number of pregnancy yoga courses throughout the year.  Click for timetable

Following the success of our previous event at Washingford House we are holding two "Spring Intensives" at the same venue in April. Each workshop will provide an opportunity to clear away winter sluggishness and to explore the benefits of a passive yin yoga practice.
