We maintain short waiting lists for our most popular classes, so please make sure you register your interest if you would like to be contacted when a place becomes available.

General Guidelines

  1. As with all new forms of exercise please consult your doctor before beginning yoga practice for the first time.
  2. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after a meal.
  3. Wear comfortable loose clothing.
  4. Yoga props will be provided for use in class. However, if you intend to practice yoga regularly we strongly recommend that you buy your own mat for hygiene and safety reasons. (We hold a small selection of mats for sale at class - please ask for current available colours and price list.)

Notification of Health Conditions

Certain health conditions require special modifications during many yoga postures.

If you suffer from any of the following please contact us before booking your first class:-   Heart conditions, diabetes, detached retina, high or low blood pressure.
