Pregnancy Yoga ClassesThese classes are open to all pregnant 'Mums' after their 14th week of pregnancy. They will not only help prepare your body for its journey towards labour, but are a fun way of meeting other mums in your area. Although we will cover breathing techniques and positions which can be helpful during labour, these classes will focus on helping you relax and enjoy moving your body during this incredible time. Here are some of the reasons why yoga can be beneficial during pregnancy:-
As a Mum myself I can testify to the benefits of practicing, and teaching, yoga throughout my pregnancy and up to a week before my beautiful daughter was born. The specific breathing techniques I learnt were to prove invaluable for me, particularly in first stage labour.
